Meaningful Motherhood in the Age of Digital Distraction
Did you know kids today are spending a staggering 7 hours a day in front of screens? And for the average adult, the numbers are even higher! This keynote presentation will help you find the encouragement you need to cut through the digital distraction and spend quality time together as a family.
For over 15 years, Kate has passionately taught children fundamental lessons and real-world skills with love. Her caring, thoughtful approach to the classroom has put her students on a path for success.
Even before her official career began she discovered the satisfaction and joy of helping a child reach those "aha" moments. She loves being able to show young children new experiences that lead them to help discover the ever-changing world around them.
Kate is a Montessori AMI-trained teacher with a Masters in Education from Loyola University. She also has a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from the University of Nebraska and is a new mother of a beautiful seven-month old baby girl.
