Tried and True with a Dash of Integrative Care: Enhancing Well-Being in the 60’s and Beyond

With Guest Speaker Cynthia Leaver

Tuesday, November 7th | 10 - 11:30am | Metzger Hall

Please join us on Tuesday, November 7th from 10 - 11:30am in Yuma Center’s Metzger Hall for our next seminar in the series for Women 60 & Beyond.

Our Guest speaker Cynthia Leaver will discuss how enhancing well-being in the sixth deade of life and beyond can be likened to adding a new spice to a favorite recipe. While acknowledging the significance of established science to optimize health and wellness is important, it may be worth integrating complementary and alternative modalities of care to enhance well-established health practices. Join this session to hear Cynthia Leaver, PhD’s perspective on adding a dash of integrative care to a daily routine to optimize health and wellness and to enjoy the opportunity to consider a fun and refreshing view.
